Delivery Times
Outside of Germany shipping can take up to 14 working days. As soon as we send your parcel, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail, so you can track the shipment.
Delivery Costs & Information
Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. To Germany, Austria and Switzerland we sell via our German webshop.
If you wish to ship to another country, please send us an email before ordering (hikora@koramikino.de) and tell us the article, the size and the quantity as well as the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly if we can ship to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you about the shipping costs, because we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping possibility and the costs.
Current delivery costs are: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain each 5 EUR, Austria 7,50 EUR, Bulgaria, Greece, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark 15 EUR.
Why have we increased shipping fees to some countries?
Since 01.07.2021 a new tax regulation is in force within the EU, according to which we have to pay the tax rates of those countries where we sell our panties - and cannot, as before, apply the German tax rates to all our sales. This means that we have to pay a country-specific tax rate for each country. Since these rates are significantly higher in some countries (especially Denmark and Sweden) that do not offer reduced taxes on hygiene products, we had to increase our shipping fees in the affected countries to compensate for our increased expenses. Still: for orders over 100€, shipping to all countries within the delivery zone is free.
If you spend over 100 EUR, shipping to all countries within the delivery zone is free.
Customs and Import Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). You can find further information, for example, at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/home_de and on import turnover tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do as well as specifically for Switzerland at http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do. KORA MIKINO sustainable femcare UG encloses the requested documents, which give information about the contents of the consignment, but does not bear any costs, which are connected with the import.
Postal Service
Your package will be sent with DHL and the international partner organizations of DHL.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the the costs of a return. The best method for everyone is to avoid returns completely. We recommend you to thoroughly look at our size guide, or in case of any doubts to get in contact with us. Our panties are all true to size.
